# Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the **Wheel of Plunder Sweepstakes** (the “Sweepstakes”) operated by **Guild Ventures I Ltd** (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms.

### 1. Overview

The **Wheel of Plunder** is a continuous, skill-based sweepstakes offering players the opportunity to win in-game assets and digital rewards by completing gameplay objectives and earning entry tickets.

### 2. Eligibility

* Open to individuals **18 years or older**
* Open to legal residents of all countries **excluding jurisdictions on the OFAC restricted sanctions list**
* Players must comply with in-game rules and Terms of Use
* **Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required** before any digital asset withdrawals (e.g., $CNC, NFTs, tokens)

### 3. How to Enter

There are **two methods of entry**:

#### a. Gameplay Entry (Primary Method)

Players can earn entries (“Tickets”) by:

* Completing quests on the in-game **Job Board**
* Earning **Doubloons** during active gameplay

#### b. Free Method of Entry

Players can enter without payment by:

* Completing gameplay quests on the Job Board (no purchase required)

There is **no purchase or payment necessary** to participate or win.

### 4. Prize Pool

Winners may receive any of the following:

* **$CNC tokens**
* **Memecoins or other sponsored digital currencies**
* **NFTs**
* **In-game assets**
* **Cosmetics**

The prize pool has **no fixed or maximum value** and may vary over time.

### 5. Drawing & Odds

Winners are determined **by chance**, through automated random drawing mechanisms embedded in the **Wheel of Plunder**.

#### Current Odds (subject to change):

* 30.00% – Win **Marques**
* 15.00% – Win **Marques or another sponsored digital currency**
* 30.00% – Win **Nothing**
* 25.00% – Win **Land Crystals**

Prize odds may be updated periodically and will be reflected in the game interface or official communications.

### 6. Duration

The Wheel of Plunder Sweepstakes is **ongoing** and operates continuously.\
All times are based on the **Eastern Standard Time (EST)** zone.

### 7. Taxes & Responsibilities

* All **taxes, duties, fees, and local legal obligations** related to receiving any reward are the sole responsibility of the participant.
* We **do not cover shipping, conversion fees, or tax reporting** for prizes.

### 8. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to **disqualify or remove any prize** from participants who:

* Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
* Engage in bad faith behavior or coordinated manipulation
* Harm the game ecosystem or community in any way

Our decisions regarding disqualification and prize removal are **final and at our sole discretion**.
