9. Ships

Ships are premium, highly limited digital assets that allow users to earn additional rewards and grant permanent Pirate Pass status to their owners. Users with ships can band together to form guilds and gain access to lucrative guild quests and guild treasury distributions, which result in shipholders gaining approximately 25% of the total loot of their guild members, automatically.

If a guild has insufficient ships, then the guild will stop accruing the 25% bonus loot rewards from its members into its treasury. Guilds require 1 ship for each daily active player in their guild to receive the bonus for all players. In guilds with insufficient ships, each additional player's 25% bonus loot rewards are instead sent to the Global Treasury, which redistributes itself to all guilds equally each day based on their total held ships.
