Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in sweepstakes events (each, a “Sweepstakes”) operated by Vaolt LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

A Sweepstakes runs for a fixed period announced in game and on our official channels. Every player who plays during that period receives an entry. Players may also collect additional entries through gameplay, as set out in section 3.

Each Sweepstakes has its own announcement covering its dates, its prizes and how winners are drawn. Where that announcement and these Terms differ on a detail specific to that event, the announcement governs.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older
• Open to legal residents of all countries excluding jurisdictions on the OFAC restricted sanctions list
• Players must comply with in-game rules and Terms of Use
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any digital asset withdrawals (e.g., $CNC, NFTs, tokens)

3. How to Enter

a. Free Entry

Every player who plays the game during a Sweepstakes period receives one entry. Nothing needs to be bought, held or claimed for this entry, and it is the only entry required to be eligible for any prize.

b. Additional Entries

Players with an active Pirate Pass accrue a sweepstakes currency as they play: one unit for each Doubloon earned in game. The currency is minted from your profile page.

When the Sweepstakes closes, each unit held counts as one entry.

There is no purchase or payment necessary to participate or win. A Pirate Pass changes how many entries a player holds; it is not a condition of entry and it is not a condition of winning.

4. Prize Pool

Winners may receive any of the following:

• $CNC tokens
• Memecoins or other sponsored digital currencies
• NFTs
• In-game assets
• Cosmetics

The prize pool has no fixed or maximum value and may vary over time.

5. Drawing & Odds

Winners are determined by chance. At the close of a Sweepstakes, every entry held is placed in the draw and winners are selected at random.

Odds depend on the total number of entries held by all participants, so they cannot be stated in advance. The number of winners, the prizes and the draw date are published in that Sweepstakes' own announcement.

6. Duration

Each Sweepstakes runs between the start and end times given in its announcement. Entries stop accruing when it closes.
All times are based on the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

7. Taxes & Responsibilities

• All taxes, duties, fees, and local legal obligations related to receiving any reward are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• We do not cover shipping, conversion fees, or tax reporting for prizes.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify or remove any prize from participants who:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
• Engage in bad faith behavior or coordinated manipulation
• Harm the game ecosystem or community in any way

Our decisions regarding disqualification and prize removal are final and at our sole discretion.

10. Disputes & Jurisdiction

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Participants agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions found in the Game's Terms of Use.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update, cancel, suspend, or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted in-game or on our official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
